All orders ship for FREE via our choice of freight carrier. Most orders ship out within 7 business days of order placement. The awning and shade delivery tubes are extremely large and heavy. The freight carrier will deliver via curbside delivery. You must be present to receive the package(s). If you are hiring an installer to install your products, we recommend scheduling the installation for the date of delivery. A working phone number is required during checkout so the delivery company can schedule your delivery date and time.
